Frankenstein Island (1981)
A group of Hot Air Ballooning enthusiasts (how often do you hear those words?), thrown off course by a sea tornado find themselves washed up on an island inhabited by bikini natives, a “Doctor” Frankenstein, and John Carradine reading cue cards off camera.
